The Philips Airfryer challenges frying convention. It lets people cook the food they love without all the oil so what they cook is tastier, healthier and easier.
So with Will O’Rourke we created a mockumentary. We went to the source of passionate frying –– a fish and chip shop in Jannali, in Sydney’s south, and challenged Elkin and his dry-witted offsider to find a healthier way to fry.
